Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied and fall in love with your purchase from the moment you set your eyes on it. Please carefully read our returns policy below before making a purchase. We ask that you consider your purchase very carefully.
Standard Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase date with receipt. We offer exchange or store credit only. If you decide to return goods for exchange or credit, you are responsible to return in new condition, complete with tags and in original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase with your return. Once we have received and inspected goods, we will contact you to organise an exchange or credit.

Faulty Items:
As per our usual policy, we do not accept refund. We offer exchange or store credit only. Your order will only be refunded if product(s) are deemed “faulty”. Please email libby@renatahome.com within 48 hours regarding faulty products and proof of purchase, with photos of the damage noted.
Sale/Promotional Items:
All sale/promotional items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, credit or refunds on sale items.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense and are not covered by Renata Home. If you are returning goods, we recommend purchasing a tracked service.
